Elizabeth M. “Liz” Knobloch

Elizabeth M. “Liz” Knobloch, 69, of Parkersburg, died Friday, May 29, 2026, at Camden Clark WVU Medicine. She was born in Columbus, OH a daughter of Shirley M. (Collins) Edwards of Little Hocking, OH and the late Robert G. Edwards, Sr.

Liz was a homemaker and member of Grace Baptist Church. She was very crafty and enjoyed crocheting afghans to give to family and friends, as well as painting, gardening, and talking with people. She loved her daily talks with her mom and her German Shepherds.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband of thirty-eight years Tim Knobloch; two sisters Patricia Letson (Frank Montgomery) and Teresa Evans all of Reedsville, OH; brother Robert G. Edwards, Jr. of Coolville, OH; and many nieces and nephews.

Services will be Saturday 11:00 AM at Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg with Pastor Todd Hill officiating. Burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery North. Visitation will be Friday 6-8 PM and Saturday one hour prior to the service.
