Beverly Ora Lippman, 95, of Williamstown, passed away June 3, 2026 at the Camden Clark Medical Center. She was born May 16, 1931 in Bloomfield, NJ, a daughter of the late John and Mary Bowker Cowan Jr.
Mrs. Lippman served as Assistant Vice President of the Providence Savings Bank in Bloomfield before retiring and moving to Williamstown to be close to her son. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Parkersburg and former member of the Presbyterian Church On the Green in Bloomfield.
Surviving are her sons: Henry Kevin Lippman (Betty Ann) of Williamstown and Stanford Paul of Hollywood, FL, grandchildren: Jennifer Clower (Brad) of Carlisle, PA, Jason Lippman (Jackie) of Totowa, NJ, Emily Posavec (Drew) of Land O’Lakes, FL, and Jeremy Lippman of Albuquerque, NM, along with seven great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Beverly was preceded in death by her husband Richard Lippman in 1980, sisters Norma Jean Smith, Joan Winderweedle and infant Helen Cowan and brother William Howard Cowan.
Memorial services will be 1PM Saturday, June 20, at the First Presbyterian Church in Parkersburg with Reverend Annie McMillan officiating. A time of gathering for family and friends will be one hour prior to services. Mrs. Lippman’s cremated remains will be interned in the church columbarium following services.
