Richard Albert McAtee

Richard Albert McAtee, age 86, of Pendergrass, Georgia, passed away on Sunday, March 29, 2026.

Mr. McAtee was born July 21, 1939, in Parkersburg, WV, and was preceded in death by his mother, Clara Belknap Sellers, Father John Hiram McAtee, brothers John McAtee, Bill Robb and sisters Shirley Gorrett and Dottie Flanigan as well as his wife, Janet Sue McAtee and his son, David Allen McAtee. He is survived by his son Charles McAtee. Additionally, he is survived by 4 grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

Richard Served in the United States Marine Corps from July 1956 to July 1962. Richard was an avid outdoorsman who found great joy in hunting and fishing.
