Mrs. Polly Province, 94, of Mineral Wells went to meet her sweetheart Glen of 55 years on May 22, 2026. Polly was surrounded by her family members who loved her so. Her family was her life and her life was her family.

She married Glen on November 26, 1949 in Belpre, Ohio. In her young life she was one of eight children, often caring for them alongside her mother. Her siblings included one brother, Virgil, six sisters, Betty, Ellen, Eleanor, Ethel, Nancy and Linda. Polly raised five children, Mike, Bill, Lori, Mary and Teri. She has several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

Going forward to Heaven she will join her twin sons, Timothy and Thomas; her father, Aldine Maze and her adored mother, Elma Goebel Maze; and, the love of her life, Glen Province.

She was a member of Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church since 1949. She will be remembered for her generous heart and the love she had for her home, cake, gardening and especially trees.

Funeral services will be Thursday, May 28th at 1:00 pm at the Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church in Mineral Wells, WV with Reverend Charles Hill and Pastor Anita Wagner officiating.

Burial will follow at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.

Visitation will be Thursday from 12-1 pm at the church.
