Peggy Laverne Vanscoy

Peggy Laverne Vanscoy, 83, of Parkersburg passed away May 11, 2026 at the Willows Center Nursing Home in Parkersburg, WV.

Peggy was born on December 29, 1942 in Parkersburg, WV, daughter of the late John and Ethel Henke.

She graduated from Parkersburg High School in 1960 and Camden Clark Memorial Hospital school of Radiologist Technologist in 1962. She was employed as a Radiologist Technologist for 45 years. She enjoyed the mountains and the outdoors along with mother nature.

She is survived by her brother Ralph (Rebecca) Henke and several nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Jaqueline Delancey.

There will be no funeral services.
