Lois Elaine Weaver

Lois Elaine Weaver, 87, of Parkersburg, passed away Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at home.

She was born in Wilgus, Ohio, a daughter of the late Lawrence and Alberta Foe McMahan. In addition to her parents, Lois was preceded in death by brothers, Roy McMahan, Gene McMahan, and Asa McMahan; one son, John Leon Weaver; and her husband, Joy Edson Weaver.

A member of Trinity Christian Church, Lois had a deep love of the Lord. Her devotion carried into her life.

Lois was a homemaker and loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Her memory will be carried in the hearts of her children, Shelia Naylor, Sheryl Kirk, Matt Weaver, and Jay Weaver; brother, Lawrence Dale McMahan; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Monday, May 4, 2026, at Trinity Christian Church, 2406 10th Avenue, Parkersburg, with Pastors Chuck Furbee and Mike Kidd officiating. Services will conclude with interment at Evergreen South Cemetery. Her family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Monday at the church.
