Cynthia Ramsey Smith, 67, passed away on May 1st, 2026, at CAMC Memorial. Cindy will be cremated, and a small graveside service will be held at a later time at the family cemetery. Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home is proud to serve the Smith family.
