Connie Lynn Cook, 71, of Parkesburg, passed away May 4, 2026, at her residence. A memorial service, 5 p.m. Saturday, May 9 at Mineral Wells Baptist Church. A gathering of family and friends will be from 4 – 5 p.m. at the church. Final arrangements are being handled by Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home in South Parkersburg.
