Carol Lee Close, 70, of Coolville, Ohio, passed away May 5, 2026, at her residence. Funeral, 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 12, at Leavitt Funeral Home, Belpre. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery Belpre. Visitation, 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Monday.
