Susan Anna Clegg

Susan Anna Clegg, 89, of Parkersburg, passed away April 7, 2026, at her home in Parkersburg, WV. She was born in Sistersville, WV a daughter of Ronald Lee Wayne and Oma Lucille (Markley) Boughner.

She was a nurse’s aide at several nursing homes and a member of Fellowship Baptist church. She loved flowers and crafting.

She is survived by her children Crystal Walton (Ken) of St. Louis, MO, Patsy Barker (Roger) of Walker, WV, Becky Pernell of Imperial, MO, Barbie Lipsmire (John) of Dittmer, MO, Geri Wood (Tim) of Marietta, OH, David Talbott (Nancy) of Vienna, WV, and Kenneth Talbott of Belpre, OH; 19 grandchildren; 43 great grandchildren, and 5 Great, Great Grandchildren; and a sister Barbara McCloy of Parkersburg, WV.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a son Ronnie Talbott; and two sisters Shirley (Wayne) Hufford and Freda Patricia Wayne.

Services will be Friday 11:00 AM at Fellowship Baptist Church. Burial will be on Friday, 1-2 pm at Friendly Cemetery in Sistersville, WV. Visitation will be Friday 9-11 AM at the church. Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg is assisting the family with arrangements.
