Mary Lavada Newton, 88, Beverly, passed away April 17, 2026.

A celebration of life will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Lowell Chapel of Cawley & Peoples Funeral Home in Lowell and officiated by Zack Waite. Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery.
