Whitney Ann Rahberger, 61, of Vienna, passed away March 15, 2026, at Camden Clark Medical Center. She was born June 11, 1964, a daughter to Mary (Buck) Best and the late William Allan Best.

Whitney was a 1982 graduate of Parkersburg High School

Along with her mother, Whitney is survived by her daughter Margaret Kotseva; brothers W. Allan Best II and Wesley Best, 3 nieces and 1 nephew.

She was preceded in death by her father, William Allan Best.

As per the family’s wishes, no services will take place and Whitney’s remains will be cremated.
