Wendy S. “Happy” Henry Gilmore, 58, of Parkersburg, passed away on March 13, 2026.

Services will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, south Parkersburg. Evangelist Victor Casenelli will officiate and services will conclude with interment at Evergreen South Cemetery. Family and friends will gather at 11 a.m. until the service begins.
