Pat A. Garner

Pat A. Garner, 82, of Parkersburg, WV, died Sunday, March 22, 2026, at Cedar Grove Assisted Living. She was born in Parkersburg, a daughter of the late Raymond and Ruby Harper.

She opened Pat’s Upholstery in 1974 and upholstered many pieces of furniture at the Blennerhassett Mansion. She enjoyed working, painting, and bird watching.

She is survived by her husband M.O. “Buck” Garner; children Charles Arnold (Margaret) and Cynthia Walker (Paul) all of Wirt County; grandchildren Andrew, Deagan, Daniel, Holly, Ethan, and Levi; stepson Stephen Garner; and step grandchildren Stevie and Tyler.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her daughter Charlotte Arnold and sister Jean Hallman.

Services will be Thursday 2:00 PM at Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg, with Pastor Ronnie Hendershot officiating. Visitation will be Thursday 12-2 PM
