Services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Leavitt Funeral Home in Parkersburg with the Rev. Dr. Randolph-Rapking officiating. Interment will follow at Parkersburg Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held from noon to 2 p.m. before the service.
