Michael Henry Jouver, 75, passed away peacefully on Feb. 21, 2026, in Vienna. Memorial gathering, 1-3 p.m. Sunday, at Leavitt Reception Center, 620 Avery St. with Pastor Rick Kapple speaking at 3 pm. Cremation services were provided by Leavitt Funeral Services and Crematory.
