Francis Marion Walker, 83, of Elkview, W.Va., died March 25, 2026, at her home.
Services will be at 2 p.m. today at John H. Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer, with the Rev. William L. Monk officiating. Burial will be in the Walker-Freeland Cemetery, Spencer.
Visitation will be two hours prior to the service.
