Denis “Denie” White

Denis “Denie” White, 68, of Parkersburg passed away March 14, 2026 at his residence. He was born on June 12, 1957 in Parkersburg, WV a son of the late Clyde E. White and “Boots” White Powell. Denie retired from Walmart after 28 years of service. He was an avid football fan and Notre Dame was his # one team. He enjoyed watching TV and going out to eat with his family and friends.

He is survived by his sister, Tawnda L. Black of Mineral Wells; two nieces, Shelly (Craig) Wiggins of Mineral Wells, Kristy Black of Mineral Wells; four great nieces and nephews, Dalton, Brodie, Kiahna, Keegan and his faithful companion, “Tux.”

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his step-father, John R. Powell.

Visitation will be held Friday, March 20th from 5-7 pm at the Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg.
