Carole Ann Donahue Winegar, 82, of Milton, Wash., passed away Feb. 25, 2026. She was born June 25, 1943, in Parkersburg, a daughter of Betty Hutchinson of Belpre and the late Lee Donahue. In addition to her mother, Carole is survived by her sister Barbara Reichard and her husband, Paul and 2 nephews, Scott and Paul Reichard.
