Michael Henry Jouver, 75, passed away peacefully on February 21, 2026, in Vienna, West Virginia. Born on December 24, 1950, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Mike lived a life filled with music, love, and cherished connections.

Mike was the son of Ruth Jouver (Sears) and Edward Jouver. He was lovingly raised by his stepmother, Mary Jouver (Larson). Throughout his life, Mike’s passion for music shone brightly. A talented musician and singer, he played guitar and harmonica with heartfelt enthusiasm. His love for music was not just a personal joy but a gift he shared with those around him.

Mike found immense happiness in spending time with his family and friends. He had a warm and welcoming spirit that made everyone feel at ease — he truly never met a stranger. Whether walking the dogs or simply enjoying the company of loved ones, Mike embraced life’s simple pleasures with gratitude and joy.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Gloria Jouver; his two sons, Jason Jouver and Christopher Jouver; his beloved grandchildren: Jadyn Jouver, Marley Jouver, Ransom Jouver, and Agnes Jouver; and his great grandson: Maddox Harvey. Mike also leaves behind his cousin Ron Speicher and nephews Larry Winter, Paul Winter, Michael Winter, Mark Winter, and Patrick Winter. He was predeceased by his mother Ruth Jouver (Sears), father Edward Jouver, and stepmother Mary Jouver (Larson).

Mike’s legacy is one of kindness, music, and an unwavering love for those he held dear. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
