Judy Lynn Keaton Hughes, 76, Looneyville, passed away Saturday, Feb. 7, 2026, at Roane General Hospital after a short illness.

A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at John H. Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer, with Pastor Danny Whited officiating. Burial will be in Keaton Cemetery, Big Sandy Road, Left Hand, West Virginia.

Visitation will be two hours prior to the service.
