Judith Ann Casto Barker

Judith Ann Casto Barker, 83, of Spencer, born May 17, 1942, left this world Feb. 18, 2026, after an extended illness. Per Judy’s request, she will be cremated and laid to rest with her beloved husband, Estus. There will be no formal service. Instead, the family will gather in the spring at the foot of Blackwater Falls to disperse their ashes.
