Elsie Mae Hannah

Elsie Mae Hannah, 82, of New Martinsville, WV, passed away Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at New Martinsville Health & Rehabilitation. She was born August 16, 1943, in Wetzel County, WV, daughter to the late Howard and Pauline Brookover Williams.

Elsie was a homemaker and attended North Parkersburg Baptist Church. She was always there to lend a helping hand to friends and family. Elsie enjoyed gardening, flowers, and she loved children.

Left to cherish her memory include her sister, Sharon Efaw (Gary) of Pine Grove, WV; and her brother, Calvin Williams of Hannibal, OH; step-son, Fred Hannah; step-daughter, Hope Phillips; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Argle Hannah and her sisters, Mildred Phillips and Alice Faye Williams; brother, Gary Williams; and step-son, Ed Hannah.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 14, 2026, at 2:00 PM at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, Vienna with Pastor Mike Towner officiating. Visitation will be from 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM. A graveside service will be held at a later date.
