David Keith Neutzling, 72, of Rutland, Ohio, passed away Feb. 9, 2026. Graveside service with military rites, Saturday, Lone Oak Cemetery, Point Pleasant with Pastor Alan Blackwood officiating. Visitation, noon to 1 p.m. Saturday, Foglesong Funeral Home, Mason. A procession will leave the funeral home at 1:30 p.m. for the graveside service.
