Cynda Kay Full

Cynda Kay Full, 83, of Mineral Wells, passed away January 31, 2026, at Camden Clark Medical Center in Parkersburg, WV. She was born on May 21, 1942, in Wapakoneta, OH, a daughter of the late William Dale Brown and Betty Eloise (Johnson) Brown.

Cynda was the administrator for hourly and salary payroll for 38 years at Elkem Metals before she retired. Cynda enjoyed spending time with her family, traveling, and playing cards with the girls.

She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Robert Full, her brother Ken Brown of Greenville, SC, sister Debbie Brown of Parkersburg, WV, her son Ben Full (Tonya) of Pittsburgh, PA, son Travis Full (Tiffany) of Racine, OH, grandchildren Brittany Carroll (Joe), Austin Full, Peyton Full (Heather), and Lincoln Full, great-grandchildren Addie and Tatum, as well as several nieces and nephews including Mike, Melanie, Dena, and Lori.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister Sharon Smith, and her step-daughter Leah Full.

Funeral services will be Saturday, February 7, 2026, 11:00 am at Leavitt Funeral Home of Parkersburg, with Father John Rice officiating.

Burial will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens.

Visitation will be held Saturday, February 7, 2026, 10:00 am – 11:00 am at Leavitt Funeral Home of Parkersburg.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Lung Association.
