Terry Ray Showalter

Terry Ray Showalter, 72, of Williamstown, WV, passed away at 8:30 pm, Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at University Hospitals, Cleveland Medical Center in Cleveland, OH. He was born May 14, 1953, in Marietta, a son of Floyd R. Showalter and Burnita Dotson Showalter.

He was a graduate of Williamstown High School, class of 1973, and was a lifetime member of the Church of Christ at 9th and Riverside. He worked at Fenton Art Glass and then started a lawn service company until his retirement.

Terry loved to deer and squirrel hunt in the winter and fish in the summer.

He is survived by his brother, Steve, and several cousins. He is preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday (Jan. 18) at 2:00 pm at McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home with burial following in Riverview Cemetery. Family will greet friends on Saturday evening at the funeral home from 5:00 until 8:00 pm. Messages of sympathy may be sent at www.Lankfordfh.com.
