Patrick Dylan Collins, 32, of Parkersburg, passed away at home on January 9, 2026. He was born on December 25, 1993, in Parkersburg, WV a son of Travis Collins and Trisha (Richards) Miller.

Patrick was an amazing person with a heart of gold and was always helping someone. Young or old, Patrick never met a stranger. His smile, laughter and infectious personality deeply touched everyone that knew him. Patrick enjoyed family dinners, gatherings and football Sundays cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers. He prided himself on his lawn care work, mowing and weed eating with perfect lines and designs.

He is survived by his parents, Trisha Miller and Travis Collins, his sister Katie Collins, girlfriend of 14 years Erica Smith and the kids, Emma and Mason Richards, his grandma and his best friend Patsy Watson, grandmother Vicki Young, his very special aunt Tracey Bland, aunts Stacey Watson, Anna Corbin, and Amber (Bill) Lunceford, uncle Ryan Collins, cousins Sydney Ratliff, Julia Bland, Jalen Kelley, nephews Bransyn Roberts and Ezrah Davis, his dog King, and his loyal friend group P.G.O.D.

He was preceded in death by his great grandparents, Wilbur and Louisa Richards, Ruth Fazio, grandfathers Ronald M. Corbin and Ricky H. Collins, uncle Randall W. Bland, uncle Ronald J. Corbin, cousins Justus Ratliff, James C. Bailey, his mother-in-law Deborah Smith, as well as his buddies that went before him.

Funeral services will be Saturday, January 17, 10:00 am at Leavitt Funeral Home of Parkersburg, with Pastor Justin Stukey officiating.

Burial will follow at Middle Ridge Cemetery.

Visitation will be held at Leavitt Funeral Home on Friday, January 16, from 5:00pm to 7:00pm.
