Ada L. Haynes

Ada L. Haynes, 86, of Cutler, OH, died Sunday January 25, 2026. She was born in Parkersburg, WV, on February 9, 1939.

She owned several restaurants through the years and enjoyed flea markets.

She is survived by her son Charles “Jake” Frazier (Angela) of Mineral Wells; three grandchildren Taylor Hunt (Cody), Jacob Frazier, and Jeffery Schultz; two great grandchildren; stepson Shane Haynes; a brother Frank Smith (Dorothy); and nieces Elizabeth and Jasmine.

She was preceded in death by her mother and stepfather Charles and Nettie (Chute) Smith; husband Jack Haynes; daughters Tammy and Katrina; step children Jackie and Danny Haynes; and several other children.

Services will be Wednesday 2:00 PM at Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg. Burial will be at Skidmore Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday 12-2 PM.

The family would like to thank her caregivers for the loving care of Larry Welch, Libby Ashworth, Kayla Kinglesmith and her children, and Shelba Daughterty.
