Robert Okey Stull, “Buzzard”, age 86, of Harrisville, WV, peacefully went home to be with his Lord and Savior December 19, 2025, at Eagle Point Health Care, Parkersburg, WV.

Robert was born April 16, 1939, in Berea, WV, to C.E. “Hi” and Gail Stull. He was a graduate of Harrisville High School Class of 1957.

He was a proud U.S. Army Veteran. He attended several churches, lastly, Spruce Grove Church. He enjoyed the fact that he greatly resembled an ancestor of the Hatfields, Devil Anse Hatfield.

Robert was born to be a mechanic with a love for trucks and equipment. This led to opening his own business of Buzzard Equipment on Rt. 2 Everyone knew him as “Buzzard”.

In his later years, he enjoyed going for rides touring his childhood stomping grounds and reminiscing about old times with his special friends Darwin and Russell.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia (Bartlett) Stull, sister-in-law Carolyn Bartlett and Joyce Myrtle, his beloved dog.

He is survived by sisters-in-law Sandra K. “Baby Sis” (Floyd) Mahaney, Rosemary (Melvin) Richards; brothers-in-law Roy Bartlett (Wanda) and Lindsey Bartlett; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 1 PM, Tuesday, December 23, 2025 at Raiguel Funeral Home, Harrisville with Rev. Alan Adams officiating. Burial will follow in the Spruce Creek Cemetery.
