Marylea Greathouse

Marylea Greathouse, 93, passed away Tuesday, December 9, 2025. Born on July 21, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Lee H. Taylor and Mary Steele Taylor. She was a member of Ellenboro Free Will Baptist Church. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, canning, and baking. She enjoyed taking walks on her farm with her little dog, Penny.

She is survived by one brother, Delbert Taylor, St. Marys, WV; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Dewey Greathouse; sisters, Luella Wise, Nevella Taylor, and Ernestine Schrede; brothers, Frank, Harold, Arthur, and Donald Dean Taylor.

Funeral service will be 1:00 P.M. Saturday, December 13, 2025 at Ingram Funeral Home, St. Marys, WV with Pastor Jimmy Taylor officiating. Burial will follow in IOOF Cemetery, St. Marys, WV. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 P.M. Friday and from 12 to 1 P.M. Saturday at the funeral home. An online guest register is available at www.ingramfh.com.
