Lynda Bennett McDonald

Lynda Bennett McDonald, 80 years old, of Washington, West Virginia, passed peacefully in her sleep on December 6 at Ohio Valley Healthcare. She was born in Vienna, West Virginia. She was one of 10 siblings, survived by her sister, Laura McDougall of Vienna.

Preceded in death by her mother, Merle Bennett, and father, Jesse Glenn Bennett of Vienna. She was also preceded in death by her son, Criss Allen Fisher of Parkersburg, and grandson Nicholas Allen Fisher. She was a graduate of Parkersburg High School, and also worked in retail and real estate for most of her life. She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Frank McDonald of Washington, West Virginia and her hobbies were her love of music and family. She is also survived by her son, Kevin and Trish Fisher of Boone North Carolina, Stepdaughter Leann and Charles Scott of Bakersfield, California; Terry Nixon of Big Bear, California; Tiffany and Mark Irwin of Lexington, South Carolina. Grandchildren, Tyler Fisher of Parkersburg and Casey Fisher; Lail of Lenoir, North Carolina; Parker Fisher and Madison Fisher of Boone, North Carolina; Hannah, Mason and Morgan Fisher of Columbus, Ohio. She had four great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. At this time, there will be no funeral plans.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Mid-Ohio Valley Cremation Society.
