Lisa Jeanne Lessner
Lisa Jeanne Lessner, 62, of Marietta passed away December 25, 2025 at Marietta Memorial Hospital. She was born September 7, 1963, a daughter to the late Larry R. Brown and Sharon A. Weekley (O’Toole).
Lisa’s greatest joy was her family, and she showed unwavering love and support in every chapter of their lives. She rarely missed a sporting event or dance competition, always cheering proudly from the sidelines. Lisa was deeply caring and attentive, with a natural instinct to ensure that everyone she loved felt supported and had what they needed. This same compassion guided her professional life, where she devoted more than 30 years to caring for others as a case manager, touching countless lives with her kindness, patience, and dedication.
Surviving Lisa is her husband of 34 years, Jeremy Lessner; sisters Sherry Brown, Kim Augustine (Jeff), Jody Brown (Clarence), Drema Shelton (Gary), and Dawn DiDonato (Delayne); nieces and nephews Ashley (Tim) and her children Larissa, Brayden, Kaitlyn, and Scarlett; Marcus; Lexus and her daughter Gracelynn; her namesake Jelisa and her daughter Brynlee; Jakel, Tara (Ryan), Jade, Rachel (Joey) and her son Carter; William, John (Genny), Jesse, and Sophia. She is also survived by her grafted-in sister Traci Cox.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Mark Alan Brown; grandparents Thomas and Amanda O’Toole, and her loyal dog, Mando.
The family would like to thank the special people on 4 North at Marietta Memorial Hospital and Dr. Kelli Cawley for their kind and compassionate care of Lisa.
