Charlotte Ann Peters

Charlotte Ann Peters, 65, of Parkersburg, WV, went home to be with the Lord, November 22, 2025, with the compassionate care of Eagle Point Healthcare Center.

Charlotte was born December 13, 1944, in Moyers, WV, daughter of and greeted in Heaven by the late Wesley Richard and Linnie Ann McClure Eye. She graduated from Williamstown High School in 1963, Charlesburg Beauty Academy in 1978, and opened The Klip Joint in October of 1979. She was owner and operator until retiring in November of 2009. She was an avid gardener, enjoyed manicuring her lawn, and caring for her dogs Buffy and Nikki. Charlotte had many friends established through serving them in the beauty Shop. She so enjoyed cutting and styling hair and making folks look their very best.

In addition to her parents, Charlotte was preceded in death by her youngest son, Mark Allen Peters; brothers, Richard Berlie Eye, Bobby Earl Eye, Brownlie Edgar Eye; and sister, Donna Eye Metts.

She is survived by one son, Brian Ray Peters; and one grandson, Derick Peters.

Charlotte wishes to be remembered as you last communicated with her. There will be no viewing or service, and a private cremation will take place. Vaughan Kimes is honored to serve the Peters family.
