Maxine R. Holden Powell

Maxine R. Holden Powell, 100, of Parkersburg passed away Nov. 21, 2025, at her residence.

Services will begin at 1 p.m. Wednesday, at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, Green Street, with Pastor Kurt Busiek officiating. Burial will follow at Archbold Cemetery in Doddridge County. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to time of service on Wednesday at the funeral home.
