James “Jim” A. Morgan
James “Jim” A. Morgan, 72, of Williamstown, passed away November 5, 2025, at Marietta Memorial Hospital. He was born January 7, 1953, a son to the late Oley R. and Grace M. Morgan (Henderson).
A good man, a good life, surrounded by good people and endless love. The kind of man who made everyone feel like family. His laugh could fill a room, his patience could calm any storm, and his heart had a way of making you feel like everything was going to be okay. He gave love freely and quietly, not through big words but through small moments. A visit, a story, a smile that told you he was proud. The kind of love that doesn’t fade, even when he’s gone.
John 3:15 “whosoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life”
Surviving Jim is his wife of 55 years Gloria Morgan; children Katina Vernet Neville (Dan), James A. Morgan II (Bec), and Joseph A. Morgan (Megan); grandchildren Stevie, Steven, Gregory, Maddi, Austin, Macy, Levi, and Cole; siblings Phyllis Williams, Carolyn Bunner, Shirley Gray, and adopted sister Mary (Bert) Seffens, also several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
