William Dexter Paugh, 61, of Parkersburg passed away Oct. 11, 2025, at the Willows Nursing Home.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday at the Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg. Burial will follow at Shiloh Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
