Joseph Edward Conard

Joseph Edward Conard, 69, of Williamstown, passed away October 21, 2025, at his residence. He was born September 23, 1956, a son to the late John R. and Alice P. Conard (Dusing). Joe is remembered as a jokester who was laid back and a simple man. He enjoyed bowling in his free time and was a good-hearted, loving man.

Surviving Joe is his wife Marsha D. Conard; son Joseph E. Conard II (Siobhan) of St. Louis, MO; daughter Angela M Conard of Williamstown; grandchildren Jackson Eli Conard and Sophia R. Conard; and sisters Ruth Ford (Emry) of Dover TN and Theresa Johnhat (Johnny) of Waterflow, NM.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

As per the family’s wishes, a private viewing will take place and Joseph’s remains will be cremated.
