Jeffrey Lee Lucas

Jeffrey Lee Lucas, 70, of Belpre, Ohio, passed away Saturday, Sept. 27, 2025, at Marietta Memorial Hospital. He was born July 10, 1955, in Oberlin, Ohio, to the late Cecil and Helen Hune Lucas. Jeff worked in the oil and gas business as a Landman. He is survived by his brothers Ronald Lucas and G. William Fouss, daughter Angela Griffith (Steve) a grandson, special niece and nephew Mindy Fouss Stroupe and Bryan Fouss and former wife Sherry Lucas.
