Harley Bernard Smith Jr., 86, of Parkersburg, passed away Oct. 25, 2025, at his residence. He was born June 18, 1939, in Parkersburg, a son of the late Harley Smith Sr. and Ethel Criss Smith. Graveside service, 1 p.m. Monday, Nov. 3, 2025, at Sunset Memory Gardens.
