Delores Ann Davis, 90, of Williamstown, WV, departed this life on Monday, October 27, 2025, at her residence. She was born September 3, 1935, in Pennsboro, WV, a daughter of the late Haymond M. Jones and Fanie (Jeffries) Jones.

Delores was a proud graduate of Pennsboro High School with the class of 1953. She worked at the garment factory until 1956 when she married Robert C. Staats and moved away. After the garment factory, Delores was a loving and caring homemaker for her family. She loved making quilts that she gave to her children and grandchildren and she was an avid fan of Bingo.

She is survived by four children, Robert C. Staats, Jr and Vickie of Seymour, IN; Alan W. Staats and Barbara of Harpers Ferry, WV; Cheryl L. Ridgway of Williamstown, WV, and Agatha “Aggie” Hundley and Craig of Decator, AL; her loving grandsons, Anthony Ridgway and Megan of Williamstown, WV; Brett Ridgway and Michelle of Vienna, WV, and Jeffrey Staats of Harpers Ferry, WV; great grandsons, Wyatt, Grayson, and Gattlin Ridgway; great granddaughter, Harper Ridgway, and her stepson, Larry Davis.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Robert Staats; 2nd husband, Clayton Davis; brothers, Otis Jones and Darrel Jones; sisters, Jenna Richards Davis and Geneva Bucey; stepson, Philip Davis and Norma, and step grandson, Andrew Davis.

Funeral services will be 2pm, Saturday, November 1, 2025, at the Raiguel Funeral Home in Harrisville, WV with Pastor Anna Efaw officiating. Burial will follow the service in the Gnats Run Cemetery near Pennsboro, WV. Visitation will be from 12pm-2pm on Saturday, at the funeral home.
