David Ray Eaton, 40, of Mineral Wells passed away Oct. 2, 2025, at the Camden Clark Medical Center in Parkersburg.

Funeral services will be Monday, Oct. 6, 2025, 4 p.m. at Leavitt Funeral Home of Parkersburg with Dr. Shane Ward officiating.

Visitation will be held Monday, Oct. 6, 2025, 2-4 p.m. at the funeral home.
