Richard C. Oesterle Jr., of Slate, WV, died Thursday Sept. 11, 2025 at Belpre Landing. Service, 1 p.m. Saturday at Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg. Burial, Mt. Olivet Cemetery with military honors. Visitation, 5-8 p.m. Friday and one hour before the service Saturday.
