Jeremy (Scott) Harper

Jeremy (Scott) Harper, age 47, passed away on August 30th 2025 at WVU Medicine (Camden Clark) in Parkersburg, WV. Son of Teressa and Gregory Harper. Brother of Tracie Carpenter (James) and Stacy Riggs (Matt). Grandson of Shirley Conway. Also survived by his 2 sons Jarod Harper and Levi Harper, his 3 grandsons and granddaughter, and his partner Cathryn Miller. Per Scott’s final wishes he will be cremated with services being held on September 20th 2025 at 1pm at Freedom Church located at 3901 Camden Ave., Parkersburg, WV 26101.
