Dianna K. Barbour, 75, of Parkersburg, WV died Sunday September 7, 2025 at Eagle Pointe’s Augusta’s Cottage. She was born in Parkersburg, WV a daughter of the late Dale and Kathryn Elizabeth (Way) Fouse.

She was an artist at Fenton Glass for thirty-five years and a member of the Old Crows Club with her life long friends. She loved horses and riding, nature and the outdoors, and craft shows; where you could find her behind The Painted Poney booth. She was a very loving and caring person who never met a stranger.

She is survived by her daughter Chrystan Laque (AJ) of Parkersburg; son Walter Leigh Barbour III (Maria) of Chicago, IL; four grandchildren Dylan Bowers, Kathryn Burrows ( Cole) , Erica Rodriguez, and Hannah Siudut (Phil) ; three great grandchildren Emma Barbour, and Olivia and Valory Siudut; and two brothers Robert Fouse (Tammy) of Washington, and Karl Carpenter of Parkersburg.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Walter Leigh Barbour, Jr., and two brothers Donald and Richard Carpenter.

A Celebration of her life will be held Friday October 10, 2025, at the Leavitt Reception Center from 1-3 PM. Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg is assisting the family with arrangements.

The family would like to thank the staff at Augusta’s Cottage memory care unit at Eagle Pointe for their love and care.
