Dale Edwin Vandergrift

Dale Edwin Vandergrift, 78, of Parkersburg, WV passed away surrounded by his family on September 1, 2025. He was born on October 1, 1946, to the late Floyd E. and Margaret J. (Knicely) Vandergrift.

Dale enjoyed spending time with his family.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife, Phyllis Vandergrift, four children and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister.

Services will be held at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home on Friday, September 5, 2025 at 1 p.m., with burial to follow at Sunset Memory Gardens. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service, from 11 am to 1 pm.
