Woodrow Edward "Woody" Hicks, 73, of Mineral Wells, passed away on Aug. 4, 2025, at his residence. A private cremation has been arranged by Lambert Tatman Funeral Home in South Parkersburg. The family will have a Celebration of Life at a later date.
