Thelma J. Seevers, 91, of Vienna, WV, died Monday July 21, 2025, at Worthington Nursing Home. She was born in Brohard, WV, a daughter of the late Carol O. and Mollie E. (Harper) McClung.

She retired from Corning Glass and was a member of The Wesleyan Church.

She is survived by her brother Ron McClung of Owosso, MI, a granddaughter, Christie (Joe) Seevers of Parkersburg; a grandson, Kyle (Loretta) Seevers of Valdosta, GA; three great-granddaughters, Alexandra Seevers of Valdosta, Kambria Seevers and Cadence (Trenton) Dowler of Parkersburg, one great-grandson, Michael (Jasmin) Seevers of South Carolina; and seven great-great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her son Lewis “Dave” Seevers; daughter Patricia Sue Seevers; grandson Eric Seevers; and seven brothers Johnny, Donald, Harold, Delbert, Franklin, Paul, and Thomas McClung.

Services will be Saturday 11 a.m., Aug. 9th, at Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg with her brother Pastor Ron McClung officiating. Burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery North. Visitation will be Friday 6-8 p.m., Aug. 8th.
