Scott Andrew Little, 52, of Parkersburg, passed away Aug. 13, 2025, at Riverside Methodist Hospital. Celebration of Life, 2 p.m., Aug. 30, 2025 at the VFW, 1630 Garfield Ave., Parkersburg, where military rights will be observed.
