Elaine Ferrell, 82, of Gandeeville, passed away Aug. 3, 2025, at Camden Clark Medical Center in Parkersburg. A private graveside service was held Tuesday, Aug. 5, 2025, at the Ferrell Cemetery with Jack Roberts officiating. Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home, Spencer assisted with arrangements.
