Dorothy (Shannon) Varney, 95, of Ravenswood, died Aug. 9, 2025, in Ravenswood Village following an extended illness.

Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Casto Funeral Home, Ravenswood, with the Rev. Toby Waggoner officiating. Burial will follow in Ravenswood Cemetery. Visitation will be from noon until the time of service Thursday at the funeral home.
